Anibal Guillelmus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Alberigo Gianfrancesco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Guillelmus. Los Playmobil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Gianfrancesco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Alberigo Gianfrancesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Ernesto Minichiello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The XMAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 24th match minute, Los Playmobil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Gau to maneuver through the defense. After 27th play minutes Ernesto Minichiello shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Anibal Guillelmus and just under the crossbar into goal. Anibal Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Minichiello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anibal Guillelmus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Alfonsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Fabrizio Eboli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 48 minutes, Ernesto Minichiello made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Los Playmobil FC's Anibal Guillelmus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Minichiello to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Ciccio Capaldo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Armando Polidori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Bieito in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Ernesto Minichiello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The XMAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Ernesto Minichiello received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anibal Guillelmus came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Minichiello slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 64th minute. After 69 played minutes Los Playmobil FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Milio. 71 minutes into the game, Ruperto Milio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Playmobil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave XMAS the free kick. Alberigo Gianfrancesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Anibal Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Ernesto Minichiello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Anibal Guillelmus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anibal Guillelmus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Minichiello's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. If Ernesto Minichiello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Playmobil FC's Anibal Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Minichiello in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Los Playmobil FC booed when XMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Zaccardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Marcelo Rosio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Playmobil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave XMAS the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Los Playmobil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Rosio to maneuver through the defense. XMAS's Alessandro Vettori couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los Playmobil FC. Ernesto Minichiello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of XMAS booed when Los Playmobil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Francho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Ernesto Minichiello made a precise shot to the right of Anibal Guillelmus. Los Playmobil FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. Ernesto Minichiello who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Anibal Guillelmus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Francho during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of XMAS booed when Los Playmobil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Francho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Minichiello in the 99th minute of play. When the match was over XMAS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Los Playmobil FC throughout the match.
