Silvério Paraense took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stein Naas. Stein Naas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Dimitri Payet scored 4-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stein Naas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Wiliam Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håvard Opdal in the 33rd minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Legia Stavanger's Håvard Opdal made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabien Barthez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stein Naas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Paraense in the 42nd minute of the match. Stein Naas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvério Paraense in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Dimitri Payet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Stein Naas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Markus Tømmervik made a kick off. Dimitri Payet took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stein Naas. Stein Naas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Paraense in the 56th minute of play forced Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Stein Naas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Legia Stavanger defense, Dimitri Payet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stein Naas. The Legia Stavanger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stein Naas should have stopped the shot. Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Paraense in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Dimitri Payet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. In the 70th minute, Dimitri Payet made a precise shot to the right of Stein Naas. Legia Stavanger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1.
