Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silvano Martxel got the match started through his kick off. Lanzenkirchen's Luis Barten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Lanzenkirchen from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Nicanor Pueblo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waitakere F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Pueblo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Barten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergio Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Roth in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaus Roth in the 11th minute of play forced Waitakere F.C.'s goalkeeper Sergio Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luis Barten. Luis Barten yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 22nd match minute, Lanzenkirchen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Post to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicanor Pueblo in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Barten saved Lanzenkirchen from getting behind. Luis Barten was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Nicanor Pueblo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicanor Pueblo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A nice corner shot did that Silvano Martxel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luis Barten quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute Nicanor Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Barten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waitakere F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvano Martxel in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Waitakere F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Klaus Roth came free, but Sergio Nazario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Mateo Marin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waitakere F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lanzenkirchen the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Mateo Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Florian Orthaus in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Waitakere F.C.'s Niceto Maraman. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tino Andres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Nicanor Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Barten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Mario Haag got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tomas Unai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Barten having to interfere. Andy Ćuti charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Ćuti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Waitakere F.C.'s Andy Ćuti got a free kick in the 65th minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Klaus Roth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lanzenkirchen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaus Roth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tino Andres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Sergio Nazario made a huge save. In the 70thth minute of the game Braulio Chorche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lanzenkirchen's Luis Barten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Klaus Roth fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lanzenkirchen's protests and gave Klaus Roth a yellow card for diving instead. Klaus Roth kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Luis Barten came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo. But to his dismay, Nicanor Pueblo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 83rd minute, Klaus Roth made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Nazario. Waitakere F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Klaus Roth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Chorche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Barten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Unai in the 90th minute of play. When Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lanzenkirchen's goalie prevented a goal. Silvano Martxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Barten having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Waitakere F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lanzenkirchen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
