Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Silvano Martxel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Nicanor Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fanis Bakosis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nicanor Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 7 minutes into the match, Tiburones Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Pueblo came free, but Fanis Bakosis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Waitakere F.C. defense, Teodosio Lain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Nazario. The Waitakere F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Nazario should have stopped the shot. Gerardo Ederono hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Nicanor Pueblo scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fanis Bakosis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicanor Pueblo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fanis Bakosis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Fanis Bakosis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Pueblo in the 20th minute of the match. Braulio Chorche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Bakosis having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Lain got free with Sergio Nazario in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th match minute, Waitakere F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Chorche to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 28 minutes, Feliberto Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiburones Rojos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Argina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliberto Argina might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Nazario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliberto Argina ran back to his position shaking his head. Waitakere F.C.'s Leonardo Tiadoro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maximino Gaur in the 34 minute of the game. Feliberto Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Tiadoro's late challenge caught a Tiburones Rojos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Tiadoro helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardo Tiadoro hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Tiburones Rojos's Fanis Bakosis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Pueblo in the 40th minute of play. During the 45th minute of the match Leonardo Tiadoro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leonardo Tiadoro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 46th minute, Leonardo Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some careless play in the Waitakere F.C. defense, Rosendo Argi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Nazario. The Waitakere F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Nazario should have stopped the shot. Arnoldo Oliviero kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Teodosio Lain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Nazario having to make a save. 64 minutes into the game, Nicanor Pueblo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fanis Bakosis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot by Silvano Martxel from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Fanis Bakosis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tiburones Rojos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Silvano Martxel was slow to take the kick. During this time Waitakere F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. In the 74th match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Argi to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Feliberto Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Nazario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Pueblos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Fanis Bakosis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fanis Bakosis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Unai in the 80th minute of play. Mateo Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Bakosis having to interfere. Nicanor Pueblo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Silvano Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburones Rojos's Gaudencio Salomone was substituted for Sixto Tristan. Silvano Martxel kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Sergio Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Argi in the 91st minute of play. When Niceto Bizen fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Waitakere F.C.'s protests and gave Niceto Bizen a yellow card for diving instead.
