Anselmi Saksinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico França in the 5th minute of the match. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Estrela Solitária's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tadeu Britto took the corner. The corner ended in Tadeu Britto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen did a great save. In the 8th minute Frederico França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmi Saksinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Lenílson Gomes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmi Saksinen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Estrela Solitária from getting a goal against them. Frederico França's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmi Saksinen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner. Tadeu Britto went to the cornerflag to take it. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tadeu Britto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anselmi Saksinen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico França got free with Anselmi Saksinen in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmi Saksinen made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Lenílson Gomes sent off a good shot on target. Anselmi Saksinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico França in the 34th minute of the match. Túlio Maravilha took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karim Bado. Karim Bado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Lenílson Gomes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anselmi Saksinen came out and tried to block the shot, but Lenílson Gomes slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 42nd minute. Frederico França's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmi Saksinen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Vilhelm Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmi Saksinen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico França, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karim Bado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico França in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Frederico França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmi Saksinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cícero Abreu's late challenge caught a Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cícero Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. Karim Bado was a little too slow when Túlio Maravilha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 3-3. In the 67th minute Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner. Tadeu Britto went to the cornerflag to take it. Tadeu Britto made a great header on Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's corner, it was just that Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen managed to reach the ball for a save. Anselmi Saksinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson Gomes in the 70th minute of play. When Estrela Solitária's Téo de Castro in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tadeu Britto hit a great ball. Anselmi Saksinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson Gomes in the 82nd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico França came free, but Anselmi Saksinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Renan Tepedino was substituted for Sidnei Sanches. A sloppy throw-in by Gigi Riva in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tony Trevisan. After 90 minutes of play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Frederico França made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmi Saksinen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico França in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmi Saksinen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Cícero Abreu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
