Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Estrela Solitária from getting a goal against them. StraX Xenon FC's Herman Ahlström got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Túlio Maravilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Lundström having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Túlio Maravilha during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to StraX Xenon FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Herman Ahlström hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Túlio Maravilha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herman Ahlström got free with Anselmi Saksinen in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustav Alstedt did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Anselmi Saksinen 23 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Blomqvist. After 38 played minutes, Estrela Solitária's Tarcisio Quintal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arman Lundström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Estrela Solitária reached it. Herman Ahlströms short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Anselmi Saksinen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gustav Alstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Anselmi Saksinen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Maravilha in the 45th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Arman Lundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruud Gullit hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruud Gullit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aleksander Blomqvist's late challenge caught a Estrela Solitária's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleksander Blomqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Vilhelm Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Edvin Karlsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anselmi Saksinen. Estrela Solitária's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when Estrela Solitária was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anselmi Saksinen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Alstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Arman Lundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruud Gullit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Túlio Maravilha in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arman Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arman Lundström didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 68th minute, Gustav Alstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmi Saksinen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Anselmi Saksinen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Ahlström in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Túlio Maravilha fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Estrela Solitária's Rogério do Valle got a free kick in the 88th minute. Anselmi Saksinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Alstedt in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arman Lundström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gustav Alstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. StraX Xenon FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
