Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teodosio Bermund started the match with the kick off. Jan Hjortsberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardino Salvidor having to make a save. Eleuterio Nalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Gustafsson charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inge Gustafsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olov Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Macias kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Bernardino Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Wiman in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Florentino Ferrer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardino Salvidor was a little too slow when Ivan Johansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. Nicanor Cedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Stellenbosch got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Innocenzio. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when Stellenbosch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Moberg charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lukas Moberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Moberg. Olov Groth came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Stellenbosch's Florentino Ferrer. But to his dismay, Florentino Ferrer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 42 minutes of play, Stellenbosch's Teodosio Bermund made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olov Groth was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute Florentino Ferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Johansson made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Stellenbosch got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Innocenzio. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ivan Johansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stellenbosch's Bernardino Salvidor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florentino Ferrer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olov Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Bermund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Cedro's late challenge caught a FC Snipers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Cedro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute, Nicanor Cedro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Emenon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Douglas Wiman during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodosio Bermund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Groth having to interfere. In the 69th minute Ovidio Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Snipers's Tim Hård in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stellenbosch's goalie prevented a goal. Teodosio Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Emenon came free, but Olov Groth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Ovidio Vitin took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Olov Groth to make any attempt to save it. 84 minutes into the game, Cayetano Emenon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stellenbosch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Snipers the free kick. After a rather tough play, Stellenbosch's Cayetano Emenon got a free kick in the 84th minute. Teodosio Bermund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olov Groth firmly grabbed it by the left post. 91 minutes into the game, Cayetano Emenon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Olov Groth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Olov Groth successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stellenbosch's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
