Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isac Walmarsson got free with Romeu da Cunha in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Newcastle United F.C. booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otto Jonasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romeu da Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Jereba 4EVER:s Romeu da Cunha showed great skill when he stopped Otto Jonasson:s penalty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustaf Högström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramón Paraíba charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramón Paraíba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Niklas Kvalfält as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United F.C.'s zone, Zé Paulo Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Kvalfält came out of the goal and Zé Paulo Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romeu da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Walmarsson in the 66th minute of the match. Zé Paulo Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Kvalfält having to interfere. Romeu da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Högström, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Abelardo Brodel put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Niklas Kvalfält. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gustaf Högström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newcastle United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaf Högström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
