The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Ademar Azevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gazi Açıkgün. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. In the 5th match minute, ÜSTEĞMEN FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taci Oruz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC defense, Süleyman Soyselçuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Vieira. The ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Vieira should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Batı Yafes got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamdi Sökmensu in the 15th minute of play forced ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goalkeeper Delfim Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Hamdi Sökmensu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Delfim Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erkin Cangiray in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Hamdi Sökmensu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Delfim Vieira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Delfim Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkin Cangiray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Azevedo came free, but Gazi Açıkgün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ÜSTEĞMEN FK fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Süleyman Soyselçuk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th minute, Süleyman Soyselçuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Süleyman Soyselçuk to strike the kick off in the second half. Erkin Cangiray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Delfim Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Delfim Vieira got control of the ball when Hamdi Sökmensu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Delfim Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elyboy Visser, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, Dimas Ávila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Süleyman Soyselçuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Süleyman Soyselçuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Vieira having to interfere. Delfim Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Cangiray in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Durval Miguéis hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Süleyman Soyselçuk got free with Delfim Vieira in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sérgio Carmona kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Flori Ado fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's protests and gave Flori Ado a yellow card for diving instead.
