An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Zakrzewski in the 12th minute of play forced Grytöl's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janusz Zakrzewski in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Leonard Gardocki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bękarty Wojny and the Grytöl players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Grytöl booed when Bękarty Wojny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Gardocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Zworski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claes Henriksson in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Claes Henriksson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dominik Zworski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Karl-Erik Västlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Zakrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominik Zworski made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Bengt-Arne Torstensson sent off a good shot on target. Bengt-Arne Torstensson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Dominik Zworski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bengt-Arne Torstensson came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dominik Zworski could save by the left post. The supporters of Grytöl booed when Bękarty Wojny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Zakrzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Peter Västberg in the 35th minute really tested Dominik Zworski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Bękarty Wojny's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Johansson came free, but Dominik Zworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Claes Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Zworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Janusz Zakrzewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Bękarty Wojny's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Dalkvist came free, but Dominik Zworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Janusz Zakrzewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bękarty Wojny's Dominik Zworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Henriksson in the 63rd minute of play. After 66 played minutes Bękarty Wojny got a freekick which was hit by Mentor Kadilli. Dominik Zworski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Henriksson in the 67th minute of play. Dominik Zworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Bękarty Wojny's Ludomil Balkiewicz was substituted for Feliks Redisz. Janusz Zakrzewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Janusz Zakrzewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Erik Västlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janusz Zakrzewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Janusz Zakrzewski in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl-Erik Västlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Janusz Zakrzewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Erik Västlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Janusz Zakrzewski's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Dominik Zworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Grytöl players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
