Călin Izvoranu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bixente Lizarazu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Bixente Lizarazu got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute Bixente Lizarazu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Izvoranu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Frederick De Kijser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pankracy Jaraczeski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Hâncu in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Donostia Olvera made a precise shot to the right of Călin Izvoranu. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. David Tâbârnă might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Jaraczeski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Tâbârnă ran back to his position shaking his head. Călin Izvoranu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donostia Olvera in the 38th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Cyprian Debkowski put in a rough tackle. The supporters of FC PIETROSUL -MM- booed when FC Wypyszek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Debkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, FC Wypyszek's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Busuioceanu came free, but Pankracy Jaraczeski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donostia Olvera was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Donostia Olvera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Izvoranu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorin Busuioceanu got free with Pankracy Jaraczeski in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the game, FC Wypyszek's Donostia Olvera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Călin Izvoranu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Anacleto Ederono's late challenge caught a FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anacleto Ederono helped the player get up and apologised. FC Wypyszek's Călin Zeciu was substituted for Donostia Olvera. In the 69th minute, one of FC Wypyszek:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Wypyszek. The goalkeeper, Pankracy Jaraczeski, was totally fooled by FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Marius Turcu, who 72 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Pankracy Jaraczeski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Tâbârnă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s David Tâbârnă fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When FC Wypyszek's Călin Zeciu in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
