Anastasios Perakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Zawacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anastasios Perakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anastasios Perakis made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Wincenty Mocko sent off a good shot on target. Cezary Sitko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustratios Vertsotis, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Olympiacos FC's Anastasios Perakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Zawacki in the 14th minute of play. Dawid Galagan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Anastasios Perakis made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Wincenty Mocko sent off a good shot on target. Anastasios Perakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Mocko in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anastasios Perakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute Alex Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasios Perakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Zawacki to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anastasios Perakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anastasios Perakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wincenty Mocko's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Wieslaw Zawacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasios Perakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match MKS Mazur Ełk got a corner. Olympiacos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wieslaw Zawacki ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Wieslaw Zawacki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anastasios Perakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wieslaw Zawacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wincenty Mocko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MKS Mazur Ełk booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Soufleris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasios Perakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Raszkiewicz in the 58th minute of play. Anastasios Perakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Zawacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Wieslaw Zawacki notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Olympiacos FC's Anastasios Perakis. Anastasios Perakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wincenty Mocko kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipo Inzaghi in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasios Perakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cezary Sitko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustratios Vertsotis in the 71st minute. Eustratios Vertsotis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cezary Sitko firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 75 minutes Olympiacos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Tjernström who took care of the corner kick. 77 minutes into the match, Filipo Inzaghi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anastasios Perakis. Olympiacos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipo Inzaghi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 81 minutes into the game, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wincenty Mocko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anastasios Perakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Anastasios Perakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Mocko in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipo Inzaghi in the 89th minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Anastasios Perakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipo Inzaghi came free, but Anastasios Perakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Wincenty Mocko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympiacos FC's Anastasios Perakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipo Inzaghi in the 95th minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Anastasios Perakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasios Perakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipo Inzaghi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MKS Mazur Ełk's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
