With a little luck, MKS Mazur Ełk's Cezary Sitko got control of the ball when Jerry Moerman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cezary Sitko came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Draconia's Jerry Moerman. But to his dismay, Jerry Moerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Tommie Verhelst got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jerry Moermans short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Cezary Sitko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Cezary Sitko managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when FC Draconia's Jerry Moerman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Uwe Nwachukwu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Zawacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Klaus Dhondt kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommie Verhelst to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Armando Dorigatti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Mazur Ełk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 38 minutes, Armando Dorigatti made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wieslaw Zawacki in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Nwachukwu saved FC Draconia from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Zawacki in the 44th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wieslaw Zawacki to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Zawacki to maneuver through the defense. After 52 played minutes, FC Draconia's Štefko Stadnyuk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cezary Sitko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Draconia reached it. FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save FC Draconia from getting a goal against them. Cezary Sitko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Etienne Langhmans in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Armando Dorigatti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uwe Nwachukwu. The goal made the score 1-3. MKS Mazur Ełk's Wincenty Mocko was substituted for Wieslaw Zawacki. Teo De Kelper kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC Draconia from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in FC Draconia's zone, Wincenty Mocko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uwe Nwachukwu came out of the goal and Wincenty Mocko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MKS Mazur Ełk made a substitution. Roman Gdowski replaced Dobromir Raszkiewicz. Uwe Nwachukwu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Dorigatti in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute MKS Mazur Ełk were awarded a corner. Daniel Tjernström went to the cornerflag to take it. MKS Mazur Ełk's Daniel Tjernström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Uwe Nwachukwu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Etienne Langhmans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cezary Sitko was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Wincenty Mocko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MKS Mazur Ełk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Draconia the free kick. After a rather tough play, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wincenty Mocko got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 82 played minutes MKS Mazur Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Alex Göransson. Armando Dorigatti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Uwe Nwachukwu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Etienne Langhmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Sitko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Maria Stefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when MKS Mazur Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Musiala didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Štefko Stadnyuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Draconia's supporters rose to their feet, but Štefko Stadnyuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cezary Sitko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Dorigatti got free with Uwe Nwachukwu in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MKS Mazur Ełk walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
