The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. MORPH's Gustavo-Hernán Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Cresconio in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Albiz came free, but Gustavo-Hernán Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Gilesindo Tarapiella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Gustavo-Hernán Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Faron in the 27th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Madeo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Baldomero Vellon got a free kick in the 54th minute. MORPH's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Gilesindo Tarapiella scored to the left of an out of position Gustavo-Hernán Armani, making the score, 0-9. Caaguazu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
