Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Florin Panțâru started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ergün Gazzali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Faron in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Patanes's Alfredo Tulio got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 11th minute, Dante Maties hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Los Patanes's Ergün Gazzali got control of the ball when Arlo Albiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute Conrado Faron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergün Gazzali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caaguazu's Vincente Monzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Panțâru in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Conrado Faron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergün Gazzali was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Los Patanes's Ergün Gazzali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Patanes from getting a goal against them. Caaguazu were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Los Patanes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Malvin Vidaurre took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Gilesindo Tarapiella managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 29 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Arlo Albiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ergün Gazzali made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Conrado Faron reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ergün Gazzali. The goal made the score 2-1. Arlo Albiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Caaguazu getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gilesindo Tarapiella hit a great ball. Baldomero Vellon kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Conrado Faron struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ergün Gazzali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caaguazu. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Caaguazu's Errolan Cillero was substituted for Pankracy Kasiewski. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Faron to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Florin Panțâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Monzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ergün Gazzali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Faron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Patanes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Malvin Vidaurre was slow to take the kick. During this time Caaguazu's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Caaguazu's Malvin Vidaurre to fire away a dangerous shot which Ergün Gazzali despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Saturnino Osoro fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Patanes's protests and gave Saturnino Osoro a yellow card for diving instead. Saturnino Osoro kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Los Patanes got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Osoro. Ergün Gazzali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Albiz in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Caaguazu were awarded a corner. Malvin Vidaurre went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 66th match minute, Los Patanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Lehior to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Los Patanes booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlo Albiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Caaguazu's Conrado Faron in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Patanes's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malvin Vidaurre in the 71st minute of play forced Los Patanes's goalkeeper Ergün Gazzali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Los Patanes booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlo Albiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vincente Monzon made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Florin Panțâru sent off a good shot on target. Ergün Gazzali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Vellon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Los Patanes's goal looked a bit too open when Gilesindo Tarapiella came free, but Ergün Gazzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Caaguazu got a freekick which was hit by Arlo Albiz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlo Albiz in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ergün Gazzali prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baldomero Vellon kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Los Patanes's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Albiz came free, but Ergün Gazzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergün Gazzali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlo Albiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ergün Gazzali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Albiz in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Patanes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caaguazu.
