The referee ignored Itacaruaré FC's protests and gave Jesus Peio a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Vlček in the 59th minute of play forced Itacaruaré FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Lauren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Kostolányi having to interfere. When Jesus Peio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. The supporters of UFC Pivnica booed when Itacaruaré FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Peio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Itacaruaré FC's Cesar Lauren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michal Kostolányi. Michal Kostolányi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cesar Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itacaruaré FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Kostolányi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the game, Gabriel Vlček cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Gilberto Dacio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Itacaruaré FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
