Aurelian Coporan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save GeRaÇãO-83 from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the game, GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelian Coporan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When Valeriu Ilinca fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academia Rio's protests and gave Valeriu Ilinca a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Valeriu Ilinca got a free kick in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Medero Gadea to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Rio's zone, Edin Džeko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Coporan came out of the goal and Edin Džeko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Grzegorz Siekierski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Şimonca in the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aurelian Coporan. Aurelian Coporan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 81st minute, Edin Džeko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aurelian Coporan. The goal made the score 0-9. Edin Džeko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Virgil Şimonca made a precise shot to the right of Grzegorz Siekierski. GeRaÇãO-83's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. GeRaÇãO-83's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
