The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Forros Fantásticos AC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Arnulfo Afonso hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Mainor Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD SHETTANI's supporters rose to their feet, but Mainor Calderon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Foro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to CD SHETTANI getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lucas Carazo hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Ubendu came free, but Olger Azofeifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olger Azofeifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Hong Zheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Foro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 22nd minute Mainor Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Lucas Carazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Luciano Foro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Forros Fantásticos AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guter Noya was slow to take the kick. During this time CD SHETTANI's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Mainor Calderon took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Luciano Foro to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Maciejewski in the 38th minute of play forced Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Luciano Foro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD SHETTANI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guter Noya in the 39th minute. It was a well-played corner which Mainor Calderon managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 42 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Afonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forros Fantásticos AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD SHETTANI the free kick. After a rather tough play, Forros Fantásticos AC's Arnulfo Afonso got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Hong Zheng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th match minute, Forros Fantásticos AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Guerau to maneuver through the defense. After 46 minutes of play, CD SHETTANI's Mainor Calderon made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luciano Foro was left in no man's land by his defense there!
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hong Zheng made a kick off. In the 54th minute Mainor Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Foro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mainor Calderon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Mainor Calderon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forros Fantásticos AC's Luciano Foro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Hong Zheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Foro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mainor Calderon in the 65th minute of play forced Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Luciano Foro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD SHETTANI's Martin Chavarria was substituted for Mainor Calderon. Luciano Foro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hong Zheng in the 73rd minute of the match. Cristobal Ilixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Olger Azofeifa made a huge save. 76 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Millano came free, but Olger Azofeifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hong Zheng might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Foro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hong Zheng ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute Hong Zheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Foro came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by CD SHETTANI's Hong Zheng. But to his dismay, Hong Zheng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. CD SHETTANI's Geraldo Frois was substituted for Rogelio Garro. Cristian Guerau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Olger Azofeifa made a huge save. 92 minutes into the match, Forros Fantásticos AC's goal looked a bit too open when Hong Zheng came free, but Luciano Foro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Foro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hong Zheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Martin Chavarria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Foro. Forros Fantásticos AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Chavarria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Forros Fantásticos AC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CD SHETTANI.
