Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bidun Cases in the 37th minute of play. Rafael Martino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bidun Cases in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Frichoso in the 42nd minute of play forced Sociedad Anónima's goalkeeper Txurio Herrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sociedad Anónima's Felix Larren got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47thth minute of the game Felix Larren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Felix Larren made the kick off in the second half. Colas Carriles kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bidun Cases got free with Rafael Martino in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Rafael Martino managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Sociedad Anónima's Bidun Cases fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rafael Martino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bidun Cases showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 96 minute of play.
