The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Betadur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Udrişte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teobald Wlodyga kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LA DEL MONO's Higinio Botello got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Bogdan Udrişte came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the FC ZARZECZE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Udrişte couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, FC ZARZECZE's goalkeeper Zenon Trzemzalski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Ralondo. After a defensive mix-up in FC ZARZECZE's zone, Layne Saron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Trzemzalski came out of the goal and Layne Saron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Bela kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. FC ZARZECZE's Zenon Trzemzalski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save FC ZARZECZE from getting a goal against them. If Bogdan Udrişte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Udrişte in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Bogdan Udrişte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Eugenio Truylos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bogdan Udrişte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Ralondo came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zenon Trzemzalski could save by the left post. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Udrişte in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogdan Udrişte to make the kick off. Fabio Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Wlodyga, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Wlodyga came free, but Fabio Betadur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Udrişte in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Betadur saved LA DEL MONO from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Edgar Arango hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Udrişte in the 66th minute of play. Fabio Betadur made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Themistoklis Gounaris sent off a good shot on target. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themistoklis Gounaris in the 74th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Betinho Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA DEL MONO's supporters rose to their feet, but Betinho Falcão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Trzemzalski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Truylos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes FC ZARZECZE got a freekick which was hit by Balázs Fülöp. FC ZARZECZE's Artur Matusiak was substituted for Bogdan Udrişte. In the 85th match minute, FC ZARZECZE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balázs Fülöp to maneuver through the defense. Zenon Trzemzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Arango in the 86th minute of play. Artur Matusiak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Betadur having to make a save. LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Matusiak in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
