Carlos Alcaraz hit a great ball. Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo de Salles in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Garcia in the 26th minute of play forced Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austra 04 VFC's Kitt Pegov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Austra 04 VFC from getting a goal against them. Miguel Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Corrêa having to interfere. The supporters of Vascogoianiense FC booed when Austra 04 VFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alcaraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kitt Pegov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Perez in the 35th minute of play. Miguel Bertassi hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, Vascogoianiense FC's Carlos Eduardo Sergipano made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kitt Pegov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Austra 04 VFC's Cauã Costa was substituted for Bruno de Castro.

The supporters of Austra 04 VFC booed when Vascogoianiense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matheus Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Austra 04 VFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo da Silva to maneuver through the defense. If Anderson Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Waldemar Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Emerson Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes Austra 04 VFC got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Munhoz. When Vascogoianiense FC's Matheus Paraíba in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 91st minute, Emerson Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Bernardo Corrêa made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Rony Nunes sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vascogoianiense FC had played much better football throughout.
