After 14 minutes of play GFK Osogovo's Teofil Pavlovski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of GFK Osogovo booed when Rönnöfors FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anders Holm scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pande Georgijevski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pande Georgijevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Enegren in the 26th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Pande Georgijevski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, GFK Osogovo's Pande Georgijevski got control of the ball when Simon Ahlgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paskal Partenijev charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paskal Partenijev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes GFK Osogovo got a freekick which was hit by Paskal Partenijev. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boris Hristov to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Frans Enegren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GFK Osogovo's Pande Georgijevski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anders Holm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Pande Georgijevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pande Georgijevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Ahlgren in the 53rd minute of the match. Pande Georgijevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Enegren in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Ahlgren in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pande Georgijevski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rönnöfors FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
