Damaso Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Damião in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bustick Sport's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yuri Alberto was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrenta SC's players had a chance to rest. Moises Oto's late challenge caught a Barrenta SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Oto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bustick Sport getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Moises Oto hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the game, Ursino Silvestre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrenta SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bustick Sport the free kick. In the 24th minute, Ursino Silvestre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Gorka came free, but Nestor Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Nestor Carioca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Bustick Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fábio Lima in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Damaso Teofilio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nestor Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Gorka in the 40th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Gorka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestor Carioca was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After 46 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Alberto. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Fábio Lima to make the kick off. The Barrenta SC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Barrenta SC's Luiz Fábio Lima looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Damaso Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Damião in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fábio Lima in the 64th minute of play forced Bustick Sport's goalkeeper Damaso Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Luiz Fábio Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damaso Teofilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After having played for 72 minutes, Jeronimo Otoniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bustick Sport's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Otoniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damaso Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Sabóia in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Barrenta SC were awarded a corner. Yuri Alberto went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Barrenta SC's corner Yuri Alberto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damaso Teofilio quite easily take care of the ball. Primitivo Gorka took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Carioca. Nestor Carioca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. If Jeronimo Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bustick Sport's Damaso Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Damião in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Cido Miranda. If Primitivo Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bustick Sport's Damaso Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Lima in the 87th minute of play. Damaso Teofilio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Sabóia's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Bustick Sport's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio Lima came free, but Damaso Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jânio Lopez hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Barrenta SC were the better team. Barrenta SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
