Sporting Clube Patrício's Almiro Setúbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Gorka in the 18th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Jarbas Fontoura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Clube Patrício and the Bustick Sport players grew even worse after the yellow card. Despite this Damaso Teofilio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute of the match Sporting Clube Patrício got a corner. Bustick Sport's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Santiago ran over to the corner to take the kick. Damaso Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of Sporting Clube Patrício booed when Bustick Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jiang Gang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Jarbas Fontoura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damaso Teofilio. The goal made the score 1-8. Sporting Clube Patrício's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
