Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noah Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A very nice done corner allowed Rickie Whitlock to score against Nery Pumpido in Yo Soy Tu Padre's goal. 1-0 after 4 minutes. 7 minutes into the match, Yo Soy Tu Padre's goal looked a bit too open when Noah Ortiz came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Yo Soy Tu Padre got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Mosen. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Bender got free with Nery Pumpido in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Justino Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Dep. Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Corderun came free, but Agustina Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Agustina Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Yo Soy Tu Padre were awarded a corner. Daniel Lapač went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Yo Soy Tu Padre's corner Bruno Martinez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Agustina Ortiz quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Nery Pumpido got control of the ball when Dennis Bender tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nery Pumpido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donald Silva in the 39th minute. When Daniel Lapač fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yo Soy Tu Padre's protests and gave Daniel Lapač a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Daniel Lapač hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Bender, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Carmelo Corderun came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Yo Soy Tu Padre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmelo Corderun couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Dep. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Bender in the 46th minute of play forced Yo Soy Tu Padre's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Bender, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmelo Corderun made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Daniel Lapač got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Bender in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Yo Soy Tu Padre getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Casimiro Benvido hit a great ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Agustina Ortiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute Donald Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Corderun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustina Ortiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noah Ortiz in the 76th minute of play forced Yo Soy Tu Padre's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
