After having played for 4 minutes, Nils-Christian Taksdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Nerd Herd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Christian Taksdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Asmund Sjøberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Majdoch, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Asmund Sjøberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Golaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Aleksander Golaszewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Asmund Sjøberg was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, FC Alkomaty's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Vetrhus came free, but Șerban Encica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brage Vetrhus might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Șerban Encica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brage Vetrhus ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, FC Alkomaty's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Vetrhus came free, but Șerban Encica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brage Vetrhus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Șerban Encica made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Brage Vetrhus made a precise shot to the right of Șerban Encica. FC Alkomaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 27th minute Dobromir Bartoszek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmund Sjøberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Golaszewski came free, but Asmund Sjøberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Robert Majdoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmund Sjøberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Brage Vetrhus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Șerban Encica. Brage Vetrhus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 42 minutes of play, FC Alkomaty's Dobromir Bartoszek made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asmund Sjøberg was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Majdoch to make the kick off. After 54 minutes FC Alkomaty's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bård Kjærvik who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on The Nerd Herd's corner Bård Kjærvik fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Șerban Encica quite easily take care of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Ludomil Solak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Alkomaty's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Nerd Herd the free kick. Șerban Encica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 57th minute of the match. Șerban Encica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute Brage Vetrhus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Șerban Encica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Golaszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Asmund Sjøberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Brage Vetrhus notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Alkomaty's Șerban Encica. Șerban Encica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Șerban Encica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 77th minute of play. Brage Vetrhus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to The Nerd Herd getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Geir-Inge Torstensen hit a great ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Brage Vetrhus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Golaszewski in the 89th minute of play forced The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Asmund Sjøberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Șerban Encica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brage Vetrhus's shot from short distance in the 90th minute.
