The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jack Ares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Davi Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Zoreanu in the 9th minute of play forced Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Davi Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Ianculescu to maneuver through the defense. Eusebiu Ianculescu scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davi Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Iordache Ioneasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Nastac to maneuver through the defense. Davi Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Colin, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Raul Lage's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remus Vuia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Eusebiu Ianculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Davi Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ares, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Davi Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Ianculescu in the 31st minute of play. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Davi Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ares in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Manole Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Eusebiu Ianculescu got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Gonçalo Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Adélio Lustosa hit a great ball. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nuno Ferreira hit a great ball. After the first half Granicerul were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebiu Ianculescu was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Davi Silva successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 56th minute of the match, Jack Ares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Davi Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 60th minute Jack Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebiu Ianculescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Davi Silva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Adriano Campos fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ultra Copos FC ™'s protests and gave Adriano Campos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Adriano Campos hit a great ball. Remus Vuia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Martins in the 74th minute of play. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Davi Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Ultra Copos FC ™ from getting a goal against them. Nuno Ferreira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Nuno Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cornel Nastac came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Granicerul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornel Nastac couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Ares in the 88th minute of play forced Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Davi Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davi Silva came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Granicerul's Jack Ares. But to his dismay, Jack Ares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Codrin Olaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Granicerul players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
