The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Virgil Crăciun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Didiet Sujarwo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didiet Sujarwo in the 4th minute of play forced F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Virgil Crăciun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. M. Dedy Oddang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Balaci, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the game, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Ilie Balaci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. M. Dedy Oddang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Manuel Necula hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Doru Cârju got a free kick in the 14th minute. Virgil Crăciun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didiet Sujarwo in the 15th minute of play. After 25 played minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Arieșan. In the 30th minute, Manuel Necula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Didiet Sujarwo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Didiet Sujarwo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Crăciun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. M. Dedy Oddang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Balaci, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. M. Dedy Oddang came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Ilie Balaci. But to his dismay, Ilie Balaci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Virgil Crăciun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didiet Sujarwo in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute Vintilă Arieșan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but M. Dedy Oddang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Didiet Sujarwo made the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes, Ilie Balaci made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Begu Ganjang's M. Dedy Oddang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Balaci in the 63rd minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper M. Dedy Oddang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandru Rizescu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Begu Ganjang's Didiet Sujarwo got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Ilie Balaci put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of M. Dedy Oddang. 74 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Balaci came free, but M. Dedy Oddang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Alexandru Rizescu put in a rough tackle. Alexandru Rizescu kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Arieșan in the 85th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper M. Dedy Oddang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Begu Ganjang got a freekick which was hit by Didiet Sujarwo. Didiet Sujarwo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Virgil Crăciun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Begu Ganjang. In the 93rd minute, Vintilă Arieșan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. M. Dedy Oddang was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
