After some careless play in the Azulgranas AFC defense, Eskild Sneftrup kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino Azevedo. The Azulgranas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Azevedo should have stopped the shot. Munio Antolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Eskild Sneftrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eskild Sneftrup could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Faustino Azevedo made a huge save. Munio Antolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Terciero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute of the match MILLONARIOS FC got a corner. Azulgranas AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernard Milko ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Bernard Milko got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-0. 29 minutes into the match. Eskild Sneftrup might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faustino Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eskild Sneftrup ran back to his position shaking his head. Iván Cordoba struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Faustino Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MILLONARIOS FC. A collision led to Azulgranas AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eduardo Shantala hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Che came free, but Munio Antolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustino Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eskild Sneftrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The wind increased when Eskild Sneftrup made the kick off in the second half. MILLONARIOS FC's Maties Toranzo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eduardo Shantala in the 51 minute of the game. Maties Toranzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskild Sneftrup in the 55th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Eskild Sneftrup who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faustino Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eskild Sneftrup's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Eskild Sneftrup who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MILLONARIOS FC reached it. MILLONARIOS FC's Eskild Sneftrup got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
