Eriberto Che hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Faustino Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 谢棋彬 in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Abarca in the 12th minute of play forced Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Faustino Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute 谢棋彬 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavino Terciero got free with Ladislao Maurino in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gavino Tercieros short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Ladislao Maurino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Casimiro Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Thomas Daniel kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Donato Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Garin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Faustino Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Azulgranas AFC booed when El Azulgrana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Kimetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gavino Terciero came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Azulgranas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Terciero couldn't finish the play. Gavino Terciero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Ladislao Maurino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Ricardo Garin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led El Azulgrana's Evelio Bittor to fire away a dangerous shot which Faustino Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Ricardo Garin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo. Faustino Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Terciero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faustino Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by 谢棋彬 in the 55th minute. If 谢棋彬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Faustino Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Faustino Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Garin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ladislao Maurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Terciero in the 85th minute of play. When Gavino Terciero came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Azulgranas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Terciero couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Casimiro Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Maurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 played minutes Azulgranas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Che. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Garin during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The El Azulgrana players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Azulgranas AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
