The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Tiberiu Mischie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Proteu's Casimiro Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Stover in the 6th minute of play. Casimiro Ignatius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Koren in the 7th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when 毛明昆 got free with Tiberiu Mischie in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Tiberiu Mischie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 毛明昆. Tiberiu Mischie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Qu Wei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Proteu's zone, Teodor Lucaci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Ignatius came out of the goal and Teodor Lucaci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute Teodor Lucaci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiberiu Mischie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qu Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rony Dudu in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiberiu Mischie saved FC Politehnica Timisoara from getting behind. Tiberiu Mischie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when 毛明昆 got free with Tiberiu Mischie in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Denílson Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiberiu Mischie made an important save on a dangerous shot by 毛明昆 in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes FC Politehnica Timisoara got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Lucaci. Alex Paveliuc charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Paveliuc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Politehnica Timisoara's Alex Paveliuc got a free kick in the 39th minute. Tiberiu Mischie was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Armando Piacentini. Tiberiu Mischie was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Rony Dudu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rony Dudu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rony Dudu in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiberiu Mischie saved FC Politehnica Timisoara from getting behind. In the 48thth minute of the game Mădălin Băcila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Proteu's Casimiro Ignatius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The wind increased when Rony Dudu made the kick off in the second half. FC Politehnica Timisoara's Tiberiu Mischie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 毛明昆 in the 54th minute of play. Tiberiu Mischie came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Proteu's Qu Wei. But to his dismay, Qu Wei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 57 played minutes Proteu got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Meireles. Tiberiu Mischie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Denílson Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of Tiberiu Mischie. FC Politehnica Timisoara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Tiberiu Mischie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qu Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Proteu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tercero Segundo to maneuver through the defense. During the 76th minute of the match Alex Paveliuc completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alex Paveliuc a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. FC Politehnica Timisoara's Tiberiu Mischie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Dudu in the 78th minute of play. Proteu's Rony Dudu managed to work through FC Politehnica Timisoara's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rony Dudu dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Tiberiu Mischie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 毛明昆, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Tiberiu Mischie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Dudu in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, 毛明昆 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiberiu Mischie. FC Politehnica Timisoara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 毛明昆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Wei in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Tiberiu Mischie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 minutes of play, Proteu's 毛明昆 made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiberiu Mischie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Proteu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
