Gameiro Lenoble was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sixten Sjö in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gameiro Lenoble saved Lyon 69ers from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sixten Sjö managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonsereds IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixten Sjö was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gameiro Lenoble breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14th play minutes Sixten Sjö shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Gameiro Lenoble and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sixten Sjö in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gameiro Lenoble saved Lyon 69ers from getting behind. Gil Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathis Boureau's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Bart Martinaud hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Hans Kilstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jonsereds IF's Hans Kilstedt in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyon 69ers's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lyon 69ers's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixten Sjö in the 34th minute of play. Isidro Azcarate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles-Henri Maron did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Gil Garcia 39 minutes into the match. When Jonsereds IF's Sixten Sjö in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lyon 69ers's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixten Sjö in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles-Henri Maron made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Jonsereds IF were awarded a corner. Ronny Nilsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Gameiro Lenoble was a little too slow when Sixten Sjö got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 58th minute, Hans Kilstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lyon 69ers's Jean-Charles Garros got a free kick in the 60th minute. Gameiro Lenoble made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Ronny Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. Gameiro Lenoble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixten Sjö, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moussa Magniez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Sixten Sjö's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Gameiro Lenoble skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonsereds IF's Harry Tham managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bart Martinaud in the 89 minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Jonsereds IF's Sixten Sjö ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gameiro Lenoble. Gameiro Lenoble yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Robert Garrigues hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jonsereds IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
