Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 7th match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niek Bemmel to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Meng Yan Jing successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Korevaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute FFC Merainies 03 were awarded a corner. Youri Bemmel went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Gert Korevaar heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Emil Dunajski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Best Junel having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Dedê de Castro. Best Junel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Pająk, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Dedê de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abandon All Hope's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedê de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Best Junel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meng Yan Jing came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by FFC Merainies 03's Rafael van Zeggeren. But to his dismay, Rafael van Zeggeren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erben Medgyesi in the 38th minute of the match. The FFC Merainies 03 fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when FFC Merainies 03's Gert Korevaar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Pająk in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Best Junel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Korevaar in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Pająk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Rafael van Zeggeren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meng Yan Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Korevaar came free, but Meng Yan Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Best Junel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Pająk's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Best Junel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Dunajski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 61st play minutes Herbert Springelkamp shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Meng Yan Jing and just under the crossbar into goal. Meng Yan Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael van Zeggeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th match minute, Abandon All Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Schiavi to maneuver through the defense. Erben Medgyesi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erben Medgyesi in the 74th minute of play. FFC Merainies 03's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Youri Bemmel in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Rafael van Zeggeren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael van Zeggeren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Roland Schiavi's late challenge caught a FFC Merainies 03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roland Schiavi helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Abandon All Hope fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave FFC Merainies 03 a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rafael van Zeggeren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing. 5-0. In the 92nd minute Gert Korevaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meng Yan Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abandon All Hope's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Youri Bemmel was slow to take the kick. During this time FFC Merainies 03's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Youri Bemmel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing did a great save. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abandon All Hope's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
