Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Melchor Quinto kicked off to start the match. Fortunato Mel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Roneros F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Stiinta-Univ. a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mihai Niță, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Roneros F.C.'s Asensio Berzosa. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Stiinta-Univ.'s Manuel Burdujan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asensio Berzosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Danny Rubinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Roneros F.C.'s Asensio Berzosa got control of the ball when Manuel Burdujan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Sanjuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Silviu Lung came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Rolando Sanjuan. But to his dismay, Rolando Sanjuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rolando Sanjuan hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Aristide Pupăzan got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Rolando Sanjuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stiinta-Univ.'s Matei Onaca got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melchor Quinto kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matei Onaca to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s Xuoco Zaera broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matei Onaca in the 63rd minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Asensio Berzosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristide Pupăzan during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Stiinta-Univ. got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Pupăzan. Melchor Quinto kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Stiinta-Univ.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paúl Zubieta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Stiinta-Univ. getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Mircea Creangă hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Roneros F.C.'s Paúl Zubieta got a free kick in the 78th minute. Silviu Lung made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danny Rubinos in the 81st minute. A nice corner shot did that Xuoco Zaera got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silviu Lung quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paúl Zubieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
