Christian Frechoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Blanco Lambarida slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 12th minute. Christian Frechoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blanco Lambarida in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Deportivo Mukenio's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vicente Depino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 19th minute, Blanco Lambarida reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Frechoso. The goal made the score 4-0. 22 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Depino came free, but Christian Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blanco Lambarida succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. Inter de Guayaquil FC's Blanco Lambarida got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Christian Frechoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blanco Lambarida in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Frechoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximiliano Todor hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Blanco Lambarida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Guayaquil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blanco Lambarida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Depino to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goal looked a bit too open when Blanco Lambarida came free, but Christian Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Blanco Lambarida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Frechoso was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Mukenio's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Inter de Guayaquil FC. Xusto Vada stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christian Frechoso. 9-0. In the 72nd minute, Vicente Depino made a precise shot to the right of Christian Frechoso. Deportivo Mukenio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Blanco Lambarida struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Christian Frechoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Guayaquil FC. 80 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Depino came free, but Christian Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter de Guayaquil FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
