Pan FC's Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanderson Cabeleira in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Pan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Ekialde came free, but Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 13th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Francisco Guerrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Barca de Buzau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Petersson made a kick off. Viorel Bungescu took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With an all-out effort, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonathan Petersson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Gentiletti in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Jonathan Petersson made a precise shot to the right of Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra. Pan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 81st minute Ezequiel Calderón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Emiliano Ekialde got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Ezequiel Calderón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Calderón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Big Saver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 89th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Nae Istrătescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Petersson in the 95th minute of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau played a much better game than Pan FC and deserved their victory. The Pan FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
