The Purcaresti CSS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Hizo should have stopped the shot. Lew Yashin made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Eugen Tiberiu sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Ionuț Gane reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lew Yashin. The goal made the score 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Purcaresti CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Nertil Ktona came free, but Romeo Hizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes Purcaresti CSS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Akil Tasili who took care of the corner kick. The corner led K.F.MALIQI's Akil Tasili to fire away a dangerous shot which Romeo Hizo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th minute, Cezar Novăceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Hizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bardibal Nika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to K.F.MALIQI getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bardibal Nika hit a great ball. Lew Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Novăceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 26 played minutes Martin Bacanu rounded K.F.MALIQI's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nertil Ktona in the 37th minute of play forced Purcaresti CSS's goalkeeper Romeo Hizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Hizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bardibal Nika, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Purcaresti CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Nertil Ktona came free, but Romeo Hizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Purcaresti CSS's Romeo Hizo got control of the ball when Bardibal Nika tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as K.F.MALIQI's Bardibal Nika slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Romeo Hizo. That made the score 2-2 after 58 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Nertil Ktona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeo Hizo was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the game, Nertil Ktona recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romeo Hizo. Nertil Ktona showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. When Bardibal Nika came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the K.F.MALIQI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bardibal Nika couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Avram Ciprian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 73 minutes, Akil Tasili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. K.F.MALIQI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akil Tasili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Romeo Hizo managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when K.F.MALIQI's Bardibal Nika fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bardibal Nika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Hizo made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Bardibal Nika sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th match minute, Purcaresti CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Georgescu to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. K.F.MALIQI walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
