With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Pombal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldemar Watarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jonas Pombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Runa United's Tage Deckbergh in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Maraschin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonas Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeng Bing Fei in the 52nd minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match, Zeng Bing Fei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonas Pombal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 姜青超 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Maraschin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório das Neves to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fabiofs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aleksander Vassenius was slow to take the kick. During this time Runa United's players had a chance to rest.
