Potencial Desperdiciado F's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Stadtclub the free kick. FC Stadtclub made a substitution. Lamberto Perktold replaced Michael Hottiger. A collision led to Potencial Desperdiciado F getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hugo Ganix hit a great ball. Fermin Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, one of FC Stadtclub:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Stadtclub. If Yannick Walpert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Stadtclub were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Potencial Desperdiciado F's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matthias Vrijdags took the corner. The corner led FC Stadtclub's Matthias Vrijdags to fire away a dangerous shot which Radu Proca despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Teagan Petukas in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Stadtclub's Patrick Jeanneret. After some careless play in the Potencial Desperdiciado F defense, Yannick Walpert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Proca. The Potencial Desperdiciado F fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Proca should have stopped the shot. In the 44th match minute, FC Stadtclub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romero Affolter to maneuver through the defense. FC Stadtclub's Alkestis Stasinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Sävström in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Potencial Desperdiciado F's Iraido Treviño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alkestis Stasinopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The FC Stadtclub players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Potencial Desperdiciado F were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Einar Sävström was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Potencial Desperdiciado F getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Teagan Petukas hit a great ball. FC Stadtclub's Matthias Vrijdags took a good shot, in the 54th minute, which hit the crossbar above Radu Proca's head, and flew over the goal. Potencial Desperdiciado F's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by FC Stadtclub. Alkestis Stasinopoulos made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Hugo Ganix sent off a good shot on target. Yannick Walpert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Radu Proca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alkestis Stasinopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einar Sävström in the 65th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Alkestis Stasinopoulos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Potencial Desperdiciado F booed when FC Stadtclub was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Vrijdags didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Yannick Walpert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alkestis Stasinopoulos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fermin Chan. Yannick Walpert hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Einar Sävström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 80 minutes into the game, Matthias Vrijdags was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Stadtclub's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Potencial Desperdiciado F the free kick. Matthias Vrijdags hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Romero Affolter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alkestis Stasinopoulos made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Iraido Treviño sent off a good shot on target. Alkestis Stasinopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Ganix in the 92nd minute. Potencial Desperdiciado F's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
