An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Ramires in the 13th minute of play forced Los Colegas del Barrio's goalkeeper Pelayo Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Antonio Canal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when Los Colegas del Barrio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albi Solo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Américo Ramires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Colegas del Barrio's Pelayo Vazquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Graciano Flores had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pelayo Vazquez. Los Colegas del Barrio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Graciano Flores was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Los Colegas del Barrio defense, Graciano Flores kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelayo Vazquez. The Los Colegas del Barrio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelayo Vazquez should have stopped the shot. After 33 played minutes Campus Douro Academy got a freekick which was hit by Martinho Falcão. Antonio Canal's late challenge caught a Campus Douro Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Canal helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nahia Sierra made a kick off. After some careless play in the Los Colegas del Barrio defense, Graciano Flores kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelayo Vazquez. The Los Colegas del Barrio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelayo Vazquez should have stopped the shot. Campus Douro Academy's Américo Ramires got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Américo Ramires put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Pelayo Vazquez. In the 82nd minute Campus Douro Academy were awarded a corner. Graciano Flores went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 91st minute, Nahia Sierra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Américo Ramires succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 94th playminute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Campus Douro Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
