The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severo Ado to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to La France FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. The referee ignored La France FC's protests and gave Milton Casa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, La France FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Casa to maneuver through the defense. Chants of La France FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Los Colegas del Barrio had held the ball for most of the match.
