A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Evangelista Ricoy with Gai Teruel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Fu Ling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pelayo Vazquez having to make a save. Pelayo Vazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fu Ling, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Los Colegas del Barrio's Pelayo Vazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fu Ling in the 29th minute of play. Fu Ling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th minute Fu Ling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelayo Vazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fu Ling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pelayo Vazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fu Ling in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Fu Ling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Pelayo Vazquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the game, Emanuel de Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Pelayo Vazquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fu Ling in the 61st minute. FURIOZA's Mao Jun Chuan was substituted for Fu Ling. When Emanuel de Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the FURIOZA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel de Andrade couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Colegas del Barrio's goalkeeper Pelayo Vazquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of FURIOZA booed when Los Colegas del Barrio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Nunez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mao Jun Chuan came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the FURIOZA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mao Jun Chuan couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, FURIOZA's Emanuel de Andrade dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. 83 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goalkeeper Pelayo Vazquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel de Andrade. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Mao Jun Chuan took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Pelayo Vazquez to make any attempt to save it. Emanuel de Andrade struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Pelayo Vazquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FURIOZA. Los Colegas del Barrio's Pelayo Vazquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Los Colegas del Barrio from getting a goal against them. The FURIOZA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FURIOZA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
