After 2 played minutes Trapiche got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Selatse. In the 4th minute, Joakim Rhinow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Trapiche's zone, Silvestre Ostots stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calistrat Păsărin came out of the goal and Silvestre Ostots tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joakim Rhinow kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Alonso Javier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Gleba in the 10th minute of play. Jaroslaw Gleba took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonso Javier. Alonso Javier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A hard shot 15 in the game by Roberto Balendin from a close distance when the talented Calistrat Păsărin managed to make a qualified save. Trapiche's players were relieved. When Isaac Selatse fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trapiche's protests and gave Isaac Selatse a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vampiros Aztecas booed when Trapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Selatse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Balendin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Calistrat Păsărin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Angelino Froila hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Fabian Atarratze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alonso Javier. Vampiros Aztecas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Atarratze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Teo Lon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Calistrat Păsărin, 1-2. Roberto Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Păsărin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Trapiche's Honorio Ongile got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaroslaw Gleba was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Fabian Atarratze took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Alonso Javier to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Silvestre Ostots hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Alonso Javier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Ongile. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaroslaw Gleba in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alonso Javier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Vampiros Aztecas booed when Trapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Lon in the 63rd minute of play forced Trapiche's goalkeeper Calistrat Păsărin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calistrat Păsărin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Lon, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Joakim Rhinow lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Trapiche booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Rhinow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonso Javier made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Felipe Garcia sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Roberto Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Garcia came free, but Alonso Javier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo Lon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Calistrat Păsărin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trapiche's Alejandro Otsoa was substituted for Jaroslaw Gleba. Trapiche's Calistrat Păsărin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Serafo in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Felipe Garcia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alonso Javier. The goal made the score 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Vampiros Aztecas's zone, Fabian Atarratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonso Javier came out of the goal and Fabian Atarratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Trapiche supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Trapiche would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
