The referee ignored SLB TELHA's protests and gave Ilídio Braga a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ilídio Braga hit a great ball. C.A Huracan's Patricio Martxelin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SLB TELHA. 6 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Collen came free, but Abílio Gois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the SLB TELHA defense, Robert Collen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abílio Gois. The SLB TELHA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abílio Gois should have stopped the shot. Oscar Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Neiva in the 10th minute of play. SLB TELHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel Trigueiro in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute Flávio Esparteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Ibañez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nivaldo Pessoa in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Ibañez saved C.A Huracan from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Robert Collen managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A Huracan's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Collen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abílio Gois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abílio Gois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Collen, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. SLB TELHA's Abílio Gois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Lizewski in the 27th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by João Nascimento in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.A Huracan's Anibal Ciano. The audience was convinced that Robert Collen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abílio Gois was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Collen made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Abílio Gois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Collen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartosz Lizewski in the 56th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Abílio Gois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Ibañez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nivaldo Pessoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Collen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Abílio Gois made a huge save. Abílio Gois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Collen went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. C.A Huracan's attentive Anibal Ciano managed to snatch the ball when João Nascimento made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. In the 75th minute, C.A Huracan's Armando Federigo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abílio Gois. A very good chance. C.A Huracan played a much better game than SLB TELHA and deserved their victory. The SLB TELHA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
