Kuncho Tolchev started the match with the kick off. Velyo Harachev hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Evrosi Popsavov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 5th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Manchester United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kuncho Tolchev. Manchester United F.C.'s Evrosi Popsavov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Manchester United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Haralampi Glavanakov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 8th minute of play forced Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Evrosi Popsavov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Curtis kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Tenyo Machkov hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Dick Lindgren's late challenge caught a Manchester United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dick Lindgren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rank 1 getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fabiano Antonini hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Dick Lindgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evrosi Popsavov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Lindgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Rank 1 were awarded a corner. Fredric Åhman went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Rank 1's corner Fredric Åhman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evrosi Popsavov quite easily take care of the ball. In the 39th minute, Haralampi Glavanakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manchester United F.C.'s Evrosi Popsavov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conny Vesterberg to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Manchester United F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fredric Åhman was slow to take the kick. During this time Rank 1's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Dick Lindgren managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Fredric Åhman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manchester United F.C.'s Evrosi Popsavov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United F.C. from getting a goal against them. Fredric Åhman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Evrosi Popsavov firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 63 minutes of play Manchester United F.C.'s Haralampi Glavanakov was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 64th minute, Haralampi Glavanakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the game, Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evrosi Popsavov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Rank 1's Fredric Åhman got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Evrosi Popsavov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dick Lindgren. After 80 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Dick Lindgren. In the 82nd minute, Dani Carvajal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Fredric Åhman in the 83rd minute really tested Evrosi Popsavov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With his leg Evrosi Popsavov managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Rank 1's Fabiano Antonini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 86th minute, Fabiano Antonini made a precise shot to the right of Evrosi Popsavov. Manchester United F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the match was over Rank 1 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Manchester United F.C. throughout the match.
