Celedonio Peruxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Arotza during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, San Martin de Tucuman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Arotza to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Gizon got free with Cyprian Wojtkiewicz in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Piotr Hatman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celedonio Peruxu. San Martin de Tucuman's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piotr Hatman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 36 played minutes Moneteria got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Bartochowski. Mai Yuan Bang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Hatman in the 40th minute of play forced San Martin de Tucuman's goalkeeper Celedonio Peruxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Peruxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Raschke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hector Gizon made a kick off. If Piotr Hatman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Moneteria's Piotr Hatman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celedonio Peruxu. Celedonio Peruxu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Jonathan Victoro replaced Herminio Iyan. Celedonio Peruxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Raschke, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Moneteria's Ryszard Arbaszewski was substituted for Damazy Raschke. Moneteria made a substitution. Lucjan Kaczorowski replaced Mateusz Chazon. In the 86th minute Mai Yuan Bang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
