Chiquinho Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Hatman, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The Moneteria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 43rd match minute, Botafogo AP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Esteves to maneuver through the defense. Piotr Hatman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Vasconcelos having to interfere. When Mai Yuan Bang came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Moneteria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mai Yuan Bang couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. André Luís Trigo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Eriberto Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Wojtkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Tolek Wojtkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moneteria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botafogo AP the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Tolek Wojtkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Botafogo AP's Clóvis das Neves in action when he in the 55th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Fabian Jucha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chiquinho Vasconcelos having to make a save. Fabian Jucha might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquinho Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Jucha ran back to his position shaking his head. Piotr Hatman succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. In the 65th minute Piotr Hatman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Moneteria's Mai Yuan Bang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquinho Vasconcelos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Moneteria's Mai Yuan Bang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 71st minute, Moneteria's Piotr Hatman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chiquinho Vasconcelos. Chiquinho Vasconcelos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Moneteria's Jerzy Bondel was substituted for Cezary Kornecki. Piotr Hatman took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chiquinho Vasconcelos. Chiquinho Vasconcelos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Piotr Hatman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Piotr Hatman might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquinho Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Piotr Hatman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st match minute, Moneteria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Bartochowski to maneuver through the defense. Botafogo AP made a substitution. Humberto Maia replaced André Luís Trigo. After 82 played minutes Moneteria got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Bartochowski. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Botafogo AP's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Piotr Hatman was slow to take the kick. During this time Moneteria's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Moneteria's corner Jerzy Bondel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chiquinho Vasconcelos quite easily take care of the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Moneteria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mai Yuan Bang to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Esteves was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 94th minute, Eriberto Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Moneteria walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
