Patrik Alström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Itoafă, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Silviu Lung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Sjödin in the 8th minute of the match. In the last second Silviu Lung throw himself and got hold of the ball when Thor Sjödin in the 11thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Silviu Lung came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Åsbro Flåsegutter's Morgan Lundkvist. But to his dismay, Morgan Lundkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Patrik Alström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Itoafă in the 21st minute of the match. Manuel Burdujan charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Burdujan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Stiinta-Univ. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Manuel Burdujan hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, Åsbro Flåsegutter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Harlén to maneuver through the defense. When Horaţiu Corduneanu fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stiinta-Univ.'s protests and gave Horaţiu Corduneanu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Horaţiu Corduneanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Erik Trillkott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Silviu Lung made a huge save. Patrik Alström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Itoafă, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Irinel Itoafă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Lundkvist in the 37th minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silviu Lung made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Stefan Brummer sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Manuel Aluncai got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Aron Lind had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrik Alström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Burdujan in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irinel Itoafă to make the kick off. Ovidiu Borza kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Stiinta-Univ. defense, Aron Lind kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silviu Lung. The Stiinta-Univ. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silviu Lung should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Stiinta-Univ. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Horaţiu Corduneanu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Nordin in the 68th minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Erik Trillkott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silviu Lung having to interfere. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Alex Mårtensson pulled a muscle in his back after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ovidiu Borza was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Björn Hellgren was substituted for Alex Mårtensson. After 76 played minutes Stiinta-Univ. got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Borza. Irinel Itoafă hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jan-Erik Trillkott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thor Sjödin during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thor Sjödin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Åsbro Flåsegutter's zone, Aristide Pupăzan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Alström came out of the goal and Aristide Pupăzan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stiinta-Univ.! Stiinta-Univ.:s Silviu Lung showed great skill when he stopped Thor Sjödin:s penalty. In the 89th minute, Thor Sjödin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A collision led to Åsbro Flåsegutter getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Björn Hellgren hit a great ball.
