Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Loja S.C.'s Isaias Mobilla pulled a muscle in his back after 2 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Baladi during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Loja S.C. made a substitution. Leonardo Monteserin replaced Isaias Mobilla. In the 4th match minute, Los Delfines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Baladi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Loja S.C.'s Felix Pascua slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Samuel Egun. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. When Veronica Sabugo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Loja S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veronica Sabugo couldn't finish the play. In the 21st play minute Rene Carrandi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Samuel Egun. 3-0. After 23 minutes, Leonardo Monteserin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loja S.C. and the Los Delfines players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Leonardo Monteserin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Pedro Cresconio got a free kick in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Felix Pascua cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Samuel Egun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Egun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Veronica Sabugo went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Pedro Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Pascua kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Samuel Egun. That made the score 7-0 in the 42 minute of play. Felix Pascua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Egun having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Veronica Sabugo made the kick off in the second half. Loja S.C.'s Rene Carrandi got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Ixaka hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Moisés Yañez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Felix Pascua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidel Lecea was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Roque Senio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roque Senio really showed his touch with that goal: 7-1. 85 minutes into the match, Felix Pascua notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Los Delfines's Samuel Egun. Samuel Egun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Pedro Cresconio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Delfines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loja S.C. the free kick. Fidel Lecea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roque Senio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 8-2 in the 89 minute of play. Samuel Egun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veronica Sabugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Carrandi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Egun having to interfere. Loja S.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
