Roncourt's Brian Fumey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Roncourt from getting a goal against them. After having played for 45 minutes, Théodore Cordeau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roncourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Théodore Cordeau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Théodore Cordeau made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Roncourt's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslaw Zakrzewski came free, but Brian Fumey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Demeyer in the 52nd minute of play. Brian Fumey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Golaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymond Demeyer. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Hahay from getting a goal against them. Hahay made a substitution. Cezary Domarecki replaced Sylwester Golaszewski. A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Thomas Ulleberg hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Basilio Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz got control of the ball when Cyril Dalmas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Hahay from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hahay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Roncourt had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
